Pros

Gratis (if your gratis isn’t being taken out and put into other people’s bin), you meet so many unique people and become so much more knowledgeable in the color and skincare world. Teamwork is always being done at least among the color/skin consultants Decent benefits (401k)

Cons

Terrible management. There’s no flexible hours, very low pay, no work life balance. Management doesn’t care about your needs or what you may have going on outside of your employment. Company doesn’t care enough about artistry just about sales ... no career opportunities.. if you want to transfer to another store or move up it most likely won’t happen unless you are a favorite

Free make-up,you get to meet wonderful people ,awsome education from the brands.

Cons

No work life balance ,No flexible schedules ,no hours or payroll but yet they want you to work when they want you to.No education or training .they just want you to sell they don't care about artistry.

Cons

Poor leadership afraid to make decisions for fear of upsetting their peers. It’s a bit of the death by consensus here. You spend more time selling your idea than you do actual product management
