Pros

A great place to work if you are a beginner and looking for a great place to learn the basics.

Cons

This company does not care at all about their product consultants as well as their clients all it is to them is how much money they can make and how fast they can make it . This is due to over saturation.

Pros

Super innovative company Strong growth, continues to win year after year Dynamic company that encourages risk taking Very generous bonus which makes up for lower than anticipated base salary Great benefits - including 4 weeks for vacation and unlimited sick days

Cons

For a company that generates in billions in sales, operates like a start up Company only invest in client interfacing but back office systems are sub par Communication is poor within team as well as cross functionally Highly emotional environment based on FEAR where leaders feel beaten down which has trickling effect Very political environment and finger pointing (despite corporate values of "respect for all") For newbies coming into the company, will face tremendous culture shock, this workplace is not for everyone - must have very thick skin or be able to duke it out

Pros

Gratis Life is great as the as your part of the "In" crowd, even if you are unethical. Good pay

Cons

Working hard will get you nowhere. It's extremely political. Little focus on cosmetics if you are in management. Constant change leads to many systems being introduced and having many glitches. They say they are a values company, that is not the case anymore except when you want to write someone up. RVP's have too much power and play favorites. High school atmosphere with tons of drama which starts at the corporate level and trickles down to the stores. Definitely a company in a culture crisis.
