Pros

Mostly kind-hearted, and good people, but too many that are enabling bad business. I have made good friends. Gained a lot of experience and learned a lot - all about what NOT to do.

Cons

Awful. Corrupt. Financially in debt. Ethically inept. Illegal operating environments. Horrible vendor relationships (because Selina has a tendency to procure services and then not pay for them). Bad deals (horrible locations, horrible infrastructure, horrible Landlords, horrible underwriting, horrible contracts). Unnecessarily stressful - epidemy of working harder instead of smarter. CEO is delusional, legitimately.

Great people and relaxed work environment .

Cons

Unpaid overtime is the standard, and expected. The company is very disorganized, unfocused and constantly scrambling to make the best out of unrealistic deadlines.
