Pros

*the staff is amazing, you will meet wonderful people *you can live in a different place and know new people *super relax dress code *you can go with your pet (if this has a good behavior)

Cons

*TO MUCH extra hours and unpay *No respect about your decision, They give you a manager name but no powers, you have to request approval for the tinys things *Give you big tasks to complete in a few hours, even if is your day off. They don´t care about that. *zero interest in the employee, poor benefits *The people with high positions in the company treat you with a despot actitude *If you like to be professional this is not for you. They value more than you like the party that if you do your job well. Forget to grow in the company if you´re not available to forget your life and be connect all the time. *They don´t give you the tools to make your job, but later acuse you if you don´t do it

Work from home (for admin) Dress as you like A lot of career growth opportunities

Everything is a mess in all departments: work is way too manual, there is no fine systems to work with nor structure and processes, that makes it so crazy. Workload: everybody, but everybody has a workload of at least 3 people. That's their business. Hire one person to do a 3 people job. No work/life balance whatsoever: they expect you to work and be available 24/7 and if you don't, then get prepared for being scolded and asked why didn't you answered in a timely manner, meaning, a Saturday at 9:00 p.m. Compensation: terrible. Equipment: you have to take your own computer and cellphone to work. Yes, they don't provide equipment for your job.
