Pros

You can work from any Selina location in the world

Cons

Huge firing culture. No communication. Disillusioned founders. No money. Employees are not valued, no investment done (quality training). You have to work 24/7 - if not you will be shamed and ignored by management. No bonus payments at all (even before the pandemic). No benefits that are actually worth anything. No employee happiness around the globe. Meetings are always cancelled a few minutes before they are supposed to start. Negotiations are held for a year in order to then use the excuse of no budget, thus no increase.
