Pros
A lot of the people are really great and work really hard. There is lots of opportunity for learning and growth. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. There is lots of opportunity to work and travel.
Cons
On the development side, there is a disconnect between what is demanded and what is possible. There seems to be a lot of magical thinking around what you can build on a shoe-string budget, as well as what timelines are possible for a conversion. While the end product often looks good, they often rely on poor quality items and cheap labour to get it done. There is a trend towards replacing employees with contract workers in order to save money. There is lot of talk of being "connectors" and part of the Selina family, but in practice employees are treated as disposable. Employees are not supplied with computers or phones, and often not supplied with key software that are needed to do their job.
