      Some good people work here.

      Cons

      You will be 'radicalised' into Diversity & Inclusivity. You will be 'shunned' if you don't wear a Pride Lanyard. You will be ignored if you don't buy into the above. The whole company is Wokey! The company sells on price, making less than single digit profit. The company is ran by ex-guards so everything is 'old skool'. The sales director is full of his own importance. Marketing is bland. The commission plan is a waste of time - no money to be earned. Continuous on line courses about Diversity and Inclusion each month.

      Pros

      Paid weekly, healthcare including vision and dental, fun clients and officers that take pride in their position.

      Cons

      Low pay, on-call 24/7, DM expected to fill dark posts, vacations and PTO are frowned upon, you will be bothered during your vacation, sick time and PTO.

      Location and the HR aspect of my role

      Very poor management, asking to go for shift the same day I called sick because they did not have people to cover and they would give me time off the week after. After I left the company, I applied for another role (just to see if they would invite me for an interview and they did) and my former manager did the interview and asked me (at the end of the interview) why I wrote the things about her on the exit interview. That should be confidential and to be used for HR purposes to find out the reasons for their high turnover rates.
