      Pros

      Pay, benefits, hybrid work schedule that allowed work from home about two or three times a week.

      Cons

      Here is the fun part. This company, primarily this branch will ride YOU until your “wheels” fall off then roll you out of the way awaiting a new victim. Their absolute loyalty is ONLY to the client and they could care less about their employees as long as goals are accomplished and compliance is met. You are literally just a number to them.

      Pros

      Through my experiences, all of my previous managers have been wonderful mentors. Securitas offers plenty of great training, from entry level positions to corporate/office level positions. Securitas has a large focus on developing our Security Professionals and integrating the services that we provide. M-TEC training for District Managers, provides great insight in regards to effectively managing business financials, developing Security Professionals, time management practices, and provides a clear path to success. For entry level positions, there is plenty of room to grow within the organization! Myself and a large majority of my peers, were initially hired for entry-level positions and have promoted throughout the years.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance, this is not your typical 9-5 job. Using strong time management skills will give you your time back.
