Pros

Great coworkers. I feel privileged to have worked with them.

Cons

Focus too much on numbers. Our district manager is an insulting woman who lives to intimidate others. No trust whatsoever between corporate and store level employees.

Pros

Not much to say here, except if you have a pulse and can talk, then they will give you a straight commission job to fill a seat.

Cons

If you don't have a job, your not going to earn a salary here. Straight commission, but pays 30 cents per mile on gas, barely enough to break even (system calculates miles, way underestimates actual miles traveled). Some full time sales guys drive 40,000 miles per year. Training is memorization of this elementary 10 step sales process, 2 meetings per week keep you at 4 days of appointments 2 or 3 per day. If business is slow only one appointment per day. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE WHO HAS A DEGREE OF SELF-RESPECT.

Cons
