Pros

Commission sales, the potential to make decent money, flexibility with hours, closed on Christmas

Cons

Management is very unorganized (this is seen nationwide), corporate policies do not make sense and are seriously detrimental for employees and members, raises do not exist, absolutely no appreciation for their employees, district managers and regional managers seem to enjoy hiring ruthless managers; this seems to be corporate policy.

Pros

Great people to work with on a daily basis.

Cons

I could sell 5 million a year, but it would not matter if you didn't get syw, credit, spp's or ma's. Eddie Lampert has no interest in seeing the stores succeed. Sears is dead.
