Pros

At first I liked the people I worked with. Our store manager at the time was very good at getting us motivated to work and sell inventory. At first I liked that we earned sales commission but later I found out that this was a technique to cheat us out of a fair wage.

Cons

I was a part-time employee that worked 40 hours a week without any benefits. Even if I was full time the health insurance was so expensive that I would not be able to afford it. Also there is a 401k retirement offered but with the low pay (18k/year) I was not able to save for retirement. I also worked there for 3 years and never received a raise. I worked here for 3 years total. On my last year we went from having a total of 6 people per shift on tires to one person opening and two people closing. The shortage of workers created unnecessary stress on employees and customers.
