Pros

Potential for great income, worked with some really great people, good benefits, great training program that really prepared you for the job. No cold calls or finding your own customers

Cons

They tell you it is a road warrior position and it is, can travel hundreds of miles a day. My territory was over 36,000 miles with no overnight stays. You might drive 3 hours to your first appointment then a couple hours to your next then maybe a third before heading home. Long days and late nights. Sales people are in a competition with each other, who ever is on the bottom for the last 2 weeks is put on a 'step' program, step 1, step 2, step 3 then you are let go. Lots of bad appointments where you drive several hours and no one is home, you get hit for the sit-no sale anyway so it goes against your numbers.
