Pros

The only good thing about working here was actually getting the items that were in deep clearance before the public.

Cons

All they seem to really care about is their Credit Card applications and Shop Your Way Member sign ups. I don't think that your performance should solely rely on those items.

Overworked; Underpaid

Pros

the opportunity to transfer departments the co-workers were always helpful

Cons

closing is a nightmare - you get to clean up after everyone who has worked all day & you don't get the leave until everything is clean (not just your area) schedule - be careful what you list as your availability; of course in retail the nights and weekends are a must but that also means you'll get stick working every night & weekend. Unfortunately, I witnessed people making up excuses (no baby-sitter, class, another job, etc) to avoid the trap. I don't blame them; no one wants to work EVERY weekend no matter their availability. Work/Life balance is WAY OFF.
