Depends on where you are in life.

Pros

It can be a great starter job, but if your looking for advancement try going to community college. It's a nice place to get a few extra bucks while your young, but it's not a place for a lifelong career. You will learn how to deal with people in this job and that can be valuable down the line.

Cons

If your stuck here that is when you can see the ugliest parts of humanity. Customers become rude, you hate your coworkers, but it really comes from the fact that Sears for the most part is not a career, it's a job. It pays a little bit of cash and gives you an extra notch on your resume. Once you come to this realization just continue job hunting.

Pros

Branding is good on Kenmore

Cons

Sales on non-Kenmore brands make them hard to sell.
