Pros
Very relaxed working environment. The people you work with were are great and your immediate supervisors treat you very well. You have a lot of autonomy sometimes you get scheduled without a manager present. You also get a good discount at their stores. They also let you make extra money by getting people to sign up for Sears Credit Cards.
Cons
The pay wasn't great and the training they gave you was not that good either. Maybe it was just me but it always seemed like they were looking to get rid of you. They also weren't clear on which manager you actually reported to, which made scheduling really difficult because there would be 3 posted and you didn't know which one to follow.
