Pros

Store was very empty so there was not much to do. If you weren't in a sales job you could easily just wander around the store your whole shift.

Cons

Management was incompetent. I was forced to work many shifts starting at 5 am after specifically stating that I could not work that early in the morning.

Pros

Industry Leader. The company has deep roots in all the communities across the country. The product line is diverse and second to none in certain areas.

Cons

Company stock is down and they are losing a little market share. The competition is reaching new customers. The stores need to be updated.
