Pros

i would say they offer flexible schedule for students.

Cons

-nobody is given 40 hours or above in a week. sales associate are making only 1% of their sales ( example of thethe electronic department when you do sell a television. -when you are on training your hourly salary is $8.00 while as soon as you get on commission they pay you $6.00. -The HR department is unorganized, and when you get hired, they don't give you all those details about the company or you real salary. - before you start being on commision, which can sometimes take over 2 months when they said it is after 2-3 weeks normally, they motivate you to sell protection agreement ( PA) when you are not getting a dime out of it.

Pros

Good named company, very good people to work with, very good product, nice that they had work place living accomadations other than that NOTHING

Cons

Very Bad Management, they treat sales reps like they are not human. They will drive the wheels off of your vehicle and not compnsate you for it. The will find ways of picking at your comission so they get their money. The poor contractors there are always taken advantage of.
