Pros

Sears hires top talent and you can really show off your skills. You will work really hard and there are no real down times. You earn tons of experience for your next position. You will also gain a lot of insight into retail. ShopYourWay is very innovative and compared to other retailers, you will see the gaps in the online experience and rewards program. The store experience needs improvement and the company is working on improving the skill set of its store associates.

Cons

The company's unstability in the media can be nerve wracking so you have to be willing to take the risk.

Pros

Very flexible and supportive of a work/life balance. Great training program for entry level analyst positions.

Cons

After initial training, the company does not do much to develop and retain the employees. Many individuals are stuck in their positions without a timeline for promotion.
