      Pros

      Sears provided me many opportunities for internal advancement based on my skills and my initiative. I was able to work in a variety of different positions and learn about different units within the overall business.

      Cons

      Of course Sears is going through a lot of changes since declaring Chapter 11. I am unsure what Sears will look like when all is over.
