Pros

Competitive wages and benefits. Good people to work with depending on the leadership in your store. If you don't get along with your leadership, don't worry, it will change. If you drive profit through Protection Agreements and Credit, you will be a super hero. A recent re-focus on core processes has made the company better in tough economic times.

Cons

Inconsistent training programs. Upper management commonly responds to minor problems with knee jerk reactions. District management made to create a micromanagement environment. If you are not meeting certain performance metrics, you are written up instead of provided with solutions.

Pros

Let you take time off when you need to. Nice working environment. Nice people for the most part. Bosses were ok.

Cons

Pay was minimum. Worked you every possible hour, including overtime occasionally. Part time you can expect to have to work 40 hours a week from the start.
