Pros

Depending on the business unit you work in, the use of more recent technology stacks is promising, providing opportunities to learn and advance.

Cons

Work-life balance is tough, frequent periods of work days extending into nights and weekends. Health care benefits are poor, better off going to the marketplace. Promotions and pay hikes are far and few.

Pros

Management is trying to make employees happy by offering them team monthly lunch and friday mania events.

Cons

Management hardly care about employees, they do lots of politics. You will find your immediate manager only listen they don't take your words into account, when you complaint against your manager to senior manager. Senior manager instead share your name and complaint with manager. And ask manager to keep hold of their resources by any means. Upper management dream a lot, they do take survey about company from all employees using Great place to work survey, but they hardly work on their problem area. I joined this company even though I got very bad feedback @ this company from my friend. So take these word as genuine feedback about this company.
