Schindler works its employees very long hours along with lots of stress. Not a good work atmosphere.

The Christmas party has a lot of prizes and decent food.

Cons

Schindler is loaded with expats overseas here in the US. US management team has very limited authority and is top loaded with yes people. Caliber of management is very low.
