Pros

Great office environment, good medical benefits, work live balanced, most people leave before 6pm great place to work if you have kids. People are friendly and willing to help, seniors do take good care of the younger members. No much office politics compare to outside. Lots of training provided along the way no matter your career level with opportunities to travel and visit other AP branches. There are some opportunities for overseas work and moving within departments after working for min. 1-2 years but not certain, really depends on what comes up.

Cons

Big MNC, rigid company structure, conservative not sensitive to outside changes. Low turnover rate from mid career level onward therefore promotion is not going to happen too soon. Not much clear and structured options for career path unless you want to stick with the same department forever. What other opportunities you may have totally depends on luck so you need to keep an eye out at all times. It's easy to get a bit lost and dead ended after a while in your career development. you need to talk to as many people as you can ask around and take initiative in what you want to do. Salary it's not competitive for junior levels.

Old Swiss Company

Pros

Good work/life Balance. Fair behaviour in the relationship with the employee

Cons

The possibilities to enhance your position in the company are tiny, one you get hired is quite sure that you'll never be moved or promoted. The training is the minimum required by law or by your task, no space for personal and professional improvement.
