Stable and big company for a good and secure job. After you understand the work culture and procedures you will be able to perform your job smoothly.

Cons

If you are an edgy person you will get bore working in this company very soon. Also, if not planning on staying in the elevator business you are going to have a lot of knowledge in an area that will not be helpful to you in the future. Changing careers can be tuff.
