There's lack of leadership and miscommunication by the senior management with their staff as they don't know their associate's . Sometimes they didn't trust and reliable in their employees. Some of the members of the senior management they don't have any clue in how to handle teams and conflicts they are in that position a due to the long time they have been working inside the company. They don't have set up any Target or goals to achieve as they are so general in their instructions. Some of the associates that work in some areas they don't have experience or even they don't have a background in the field.

Upper management to not speak to employees, almost treating us like the help. Upper management belittle you. One of the team leads is quick to threw you under the bus. Make sure you document everything to cover yourself. They don't offer raises!
