      If you have children they are flexible with you leaving early or calling out.

      Cons

      Upper management to not speak to employees, almost treating us like the help. Upper management belittle you. One of the team leads is quick to threw you under the bus. Make sure you document everything to cover yourself. They don't offer raises!

      It starts from the top. C level team was super professional and efficient! They set the tone for a healthy and very productive culture. It was amazing working with everyone.
