Lack of commercial strategy and buying power to get better rates and can compite in the market. They don't have any career plans​ for employees in order they can grow up inside they company either they Don't have set up any processes. There's lack of leadership and miscommunication by the senior management with their staff as they don't know their associate's . Sometimes they didn't trust and reliable in their employees. Some of the members of the senior management they don't have any clue in how to handle teams and conflicts they are in that position a due to the long time they have been working inside the company. They don't have set up any Target or goals to achieve as they are so general in their instructions. Some of the associates that work in some areas they don't have experience or even they don't have a background in the field.
