As an executive, you are given great responsibilities. There are alot of different business units and you are able to learn a lot through cross-division work and rotation opportunities.

Management does not give clear directions and makes decision with limited foresight.

None, there is really none. Quick in offering you because they are desperate for manpower, due to high turnover.

Cons

Imagine working under the hot sun everyday. Also poor working environment and dingy. Wanted to apply for leave to attend to some urgent personal matters but was rejected due to operations. Very tough. I think I got more time flexibility and can earn more as Grab delivery than working as a ramp officer.
