1. Top and middle management "heavy", manpower crunch at operational level 2. No longer valuing the principle of "everyone has a part to play in the company" 3. No longer understanding the principle of "quality in delivery"

shift period to choose from

low pay ie. $10/hr, SATS staff treat temp staff like dogs and scold us like nothing...when you talk to the Chef, the Chef dnt even to give you eye contact or reply you cos you are too insignificant in their eyes....total lack of humility and humanity...small canteen has only 5-6 stalls that is packed to the brim during lunch hrs...

Job scope are usually more expansive which allow staff to gain more experience.

Cons

Company does not seem keen to groom internal talent. Majority of the management position are hires from external sources which further dampen morale. There is also an understanding that external remuneration for new external hire are way higher than incumbent at the same grade, causing further unhappiness.
