Pros

Can work overtime with limit of 70 hours per month that not include OT on rest day. Working with easy environment. Not spend working every hour because working depends on flight schedule.

Cons

Very hard to apply leave. Need to finish AL by apply straight 5 days but somehow company give extra 2 days. Need to work for 7 days and get 1 day off which mean off day are alternate days every week.

Good money. You can easily hit 4k a month with OT.

Cons

Long working hours Bad management who don't listen to feedbacks Slow career progression. I've seen officers who are nearly 50years of age with 10-20years of service in the company but only holding a corporal rank.
