Pros

Some good things is a bit more flexibility at Work in terms of timing. they also allow work one day from home. Though since majority of my timing, I actually spend going around doing inspection, it's make little diff. Still appreciate it.

Cons

When I was working there, the safety department is a mess. Reporting to Operations. Goals between operations and safety are not compatible actually. In fact, the whole safety department of SATS food actually quit within one month after I leave. Pay is also quite low.

Able to choose shift. Short hours.

Cons

Management not listening to feedbacks. Low pay, not on par with market rate. Public holiday flat rate. Uncomfortable uniform. Requires to walk a lot in company issued shoes which causes blisters. No career advancement.
