the salary is good, except for the "seniors" the rest of the colleagues are helpful

Cons

way too many: -management listen only to "seniors" -nepotisme are abound -office culture of "everything that goes wrong is your fault" unless u can prove your are innocent -no promotion unless you are the "favourite" -no work-life balance -benefits are decreasing due to cost cutting -unrealistic expectation of "focus" even though u are working 10-12hrs with no official break -going for further study is not encourage -your mistake will be share to the whole dept as a case study unless you are a "senior" or "favourite" for which it will be kept a confidential

Established company with long history in a stable business with limited competition

Cons

- Extremely poor culture, too political. Management only care for their own interests and own people. Nepotism abounds. People who have different strengths or different from them will be driven out. - Too relationship-focused. Those who cannot deliver results are able to survive as long as they have the right kind of connection and know how to curry favor with the right people. - Low-graded staff are protected by Unions. They can choose what they like to do, even if they don't do any work, nobody will bother. Managers are afraid of them and they are at the mercy of them.
