Nothing except older colleagues like dad and mum will take care of you.

Cons

Staffs work like donkey years... No improvement and changes... Culture difference from the outside world... Building is old and there no pantry facilities for staff... A company that cannot take changes. Internal office politics and small group... Young people leave and go and left only old staffs that is going to retired...
