None at all. no morale and understanding and sympathies to employees... its bitter and badly understaffed

Cons

I hate the fact that they force people to sign the silly bond without knowing what they are in for. the con job has caused me unnecessary grief pain for now not only I have to leave my job because of my injury, I have to put up with the harassment of Lawyers' letters asking me to pay the unscrouplous bond!!! don't trust this shoddy employer... its full of sham!

Abundant training programs. Overseas posting

Cons

Management only pretends to listen. Very political. Too many old guards in the leadership team. New hires in the leadership team was also from SQ.
