Pros

Interesting place to be, especially if you want to retire and just take it easy. I encourage everyone who wants a work life balance to apply here. They are willing to defer to the union - a chance to coordinate action through the unions, which is uncommon. I suggest joining the union and making your every need heard.

Cons

Not if you prefer a fast paced work environment. No or little career progression in most roles. If career isn't your greatest aspiration, join here!

As an executive, you are given great responsibilities. There are alot of different business units and you are able to learn a lot through cross-division work and rotation opportunities.

Cons

Management does not give clear directions and makes decision with limited foresight.
