Pros

Kiss the right ring and thou shall be posted to good stations/guardpost. Remember to buy cakes and desserts for your superiors once in awhile.

Cons

If you're not local or Taiwanese, be prepared to be treated like a tool. Long working hrs 12/hrs per day with rotating shifts. Promised a good job environment by HR, end up standing under the scorching sun and stood like a tree the whole day.

Pros

Big company with many subsidiaries, opportunities for job rotation. Near monopoly in Sg in ground handling, also temasek linked, so will never be out of business no matter how poorly managed. 13th mth and perf bonus.

Cons

Poor quality in some middle management, who are getting high pay but doesn't want to help out in the work and would rather steal company time by coming late and going more than 2 hrs lunch everyday. Unethical conduct by not declaring friendship with vendor and talking secretly to them to help win contract. No wfh altho office can be very remote in the air freight centre which is even further in than changi village. Those posted there can add another 30-45mins to their travel time. Many people go for the popular shuttle slots when going home.

Work in the airport. Dental benefits. Stable low pay.

Cons

1. Low pay 2. Bonded contract (2 years) 3. Long Hours 4. Does not pay OT on time. Need to chase HR as if you owe them a living. 5. Paid back bonus upon resignation. Ended up paying more than what you receive due to CPF deduction. (Conditional bonus to tie you down)
