Pros

You will have to be passionate about your role. Your roles allows you to be involved in aviation as well as the customer service industry. This role is also a stepping stone to positions in airlines.

Cons

Culture is toxic, but you don't have much choices as there're only that few companies to choose from. Management favours operational staff more than the executive level. There're both internal and external strifles, which makes it very tough to get things running. Picking up on things is very tough as well. There're plenty of expectation to perform, however there is a lack of guidance. No system whatsoever.
