Long working hours work with no family life
Pros
No good benefit. Its just get worst year after year. Their technology is the best. It will hang, spoilt, glitch and don't even know where do they get this 2nd hand new technology from. If you do not have high education than come join this company where you will work more to have more pay. Thats why you can see a lot of old people work here because they got no other experience elsewhere if they leave.
Cons
Long working hours with no work life balance. You will not have any time for the family. At work, they will make you suffer if you do not have "membership" to their "gang". The management and office hour officer only know how to sit at the office and doesn't want to come and help even if there is low manpower. Not much benefit and thats why people come and go very fast because of the long working hours, job overload etc.
