Generous salary, some level of autonomy and great share program. Co-workers are motivated to make change and bring their best. There are some great people within the organisation.

Cons

Terrible toxic culture, simple if you're not in the club you will not succeed. Ability and work ethic count for little, Being honest will leave you highly exposed. Extremely high staff turnover, particularly from 10 years + range, which is a concern,

The culture is great and you really feel listened to and respected. They give you autonomy and ownership of your role. Lots of gender equality

Cons

The only con is pay. Great benefits but payscale is not as high as similar roles at other companies
