Pros
For the most part , Saputo is a good place to work . The fellow workers are fun to be around and most people are there to do a good job.Seeing new products as well as new equipment coming into our facility is always positive . As far as money is concerned, it can always be better but is satisfactory for myself !
Cons
shift work, zero recognition with jobs well done !!!!!! Only negative feedback . HR. should be equally divided between helping out employees as there are in helping out management, I don't feel that with our new HR that's in place this is the situation at all !!
