      Maintenance Tech.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Fantastic learning opportunities. Maintenance department is very easy to work with, always willing to help and lend a hand.

      Cons

      A lot is expected out of the experienced mechanics. Operators could use better training. Downtime would be limited with better operating procedures.

      Great culture. The people within the business absolutely make this a great place to work. There is a lot of transparency within the organisation and executives are approachable.
