Not worth it

Pros

- Pay can be ok depending on role

Cons

- Toxic culture - lots of issues within the company, personnel and system wise and management does not want to fix either - outdated sytem - you can work as hard you want, but there is no appreciation and performance reviews are done without employee input, which means you get the standard raise , same as people working at 50% capacity

Pros

Plant production workers were great to work with.

Cons

Management did not have any support and or interest in developing new talent. With a 15+ year managerial culture, method of management was very old school, wanting supervisor to work 10-12hrs a day and upon hire you're told you get holidays off but this is revoked by management whenever they think it's necessary. Very fire fighter mentality of fixing problems, every department was run thin, making the job very stressful.

Management Review Needed

Pros

Great benefits, medical, 401k, etc

Cons

Senior Management reviews are desperately needed. Upper Managers are focused on end goal and pleasing Directors, they forget that employees are critical in achieving the goal. Long hours have become the norm not the exception. Senior Managers telling Managers to delegate work to their employees is not the answer. They are also working long hours. There are not enough people to do the work but upper management is not concerned as long as things are getting done. Unfortunately they are getting done but may not be getting done to the best of the employees abilities due to not enough time to go through all needed to complete the task. Expressing concerns goes no where.
