      Production Supervisor--overworked to the point of frustration

      Pros

      PPO Medical insurance was good. Worked with some dedicated hard working people.

      Cons

      Everyone was quitting due to a plant manager with no idea how to lead. Can't keep expecting more and more out of people on a flat sub par salary. Worked 12.5 hour nights then was kept over for the most pointless meetings in the morning which never ended on time.

      Great benefits. teammates are awesome. free milk.

      Cons

      Senior Managers who have been there for over 10 years still do not know what they are doing. They throw you under the bus. No training. You are expected to know the "dairy" industry. Other Sr. Managers are not willing help you if your manager is out. New bids get put in every week, but never gets signed by the client.

      Great floor staff, but some depts have poor management style

      Pros

      Supportive and knowledgeable floor staff. Good pay and great benefits. 401K matching. SAP roll out, while an internally shaky experience, was badly needed. Props to the company for a long overdue ERP update.

      Cons

      Depending on the department, management support is either present or virtually nonexistent. Management tends to play favorites and does not do much to hide doing so.
