Pros

After some months in the company I gotta say what I like the most is the great atmosphere. In Peru, the company is still small so it's easier to be heard and to make a difference. The salary is very good for Peruvian standards and it has all the benefits.

Cons

The office is located in Barranco, which is a bit far from the business district, San Isidro; that might be a turn-off for some people.

Pros

Excellent family-work balance and flexibility. Good healthcare plan and perks (like the anniversary gift) People collaborate a lot here and you have the chance to learn from the best developers through internal training or tech meetups. Opportunity to travel abroad to work in clients, Santex Fest! At the end of the year, all offices gather together in an awesome party to celebrate the year.

Cons

I can mention some growing pains, but nothing to be worried about.

Pros

Everybody on the organization, from CEO to all the developers, make you feel comfortable and part of one family. The seniority of the Santex collaborators only could be compare to the professionalism of their work. Passion is the first tangible feature in all the projects developed by Santex people. Everybody in the organization help each other to grow on their careers, not just helping you to solve work issues but helping you to understand it and take your own correct decisions. Managers lead with the example and they are always thinking first in the human capital over the benefit of their work. Managers are always trying to inspire you instead of bossing you around. The Human capital people are always trying to help you in anything you need to do your best. The Human capital team lead you to have the best experience of work day by day. The best job experience in my life.
