You will get to meet high quality people that really care of what they do. In my opinion one of the greatest characteristic of this company is how we get to connect to our clients and how we deliver a business solution more than simply a piece of software. Quality, effort and care of all minimal details are always present on the projects. I have worked for some other local companies and something I have seen very often is that teams don't care about minimal details. Another great characteristic is the Santex's organisational culture, we are all a family!.
