Everybody in the organization help each other to grow on their careers, not just helping you to solve work issues but helping you to understand it and take your own correct decisions. Managers lead with the example and they are always thinking first in the human capital over the benefit of their work. Managers are always trying to inspire you instead of bossing you around.
