      Pros

      Santex works with US Fortune 500 clients and has allowed me to work on very interesting projects. In a single year I have been able to work on 4 different projects, 2 of them being relatively large. Being able to make apps from scratch, and a constant supply of top-tier clients allows me to reinvent how I approach software engineering each time I face a new challenge in a project. Another big plus is that I get to work remotely,

      Cons

      Because they are an outsourcing company, their salaries for Senior developers are the equivalent of salaries for junior developers on the east coast. On the west coast the salary would be for interns in some places like SF.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is very non-political and atypical of most corporate companies in the fact that employees are treated as equals without the 'big wig' corporate heads putting their feet up on the desk.

      Cons

      The long term career opportunity is limited due to the fact that salaries top out at a very low range compared to similar companies. Nobody every made anywhere near a 6 figure salary at this company that I know of, and unless you were part owner it would never happen.
