*As many companies: they only care about the business. *No competitive salaries if you don't ask for it...several times! *Santex has not experience as a International company, is a company that grew in a informal track and if you worked in a bigger and older company, you'll definitely feel the difference. *Therefor: no formal communications channels, no formal career opportunities. *CEO and OWNER is the same word around the hall.
