Pros
Santex works with US Fortune 500 clients and has allowed me to work on very interesting projects. In a single year I have been able to work on 4 different projects, 2 of them being relatively large. Being able to make apps from scratch, and a constant supply of top-tier clients allows me to reinvent how I approach software engineering each time I face a new challenge in a project. Another big plus is that I get to work remotely,
Cons
Because they are an outsourcing company, their salaries for Senior developers are the equivalent of salaries for junior developers on the east coast. On the west coast the salary would be for interns in some places like SF.
