      1- The group of people is definitely the most important asset this company has (A group of people nowhere to be found in the city of Córdoba) 2- Upper Management does a great job at keeping motivated.

      In my opinion, the best value about this company is the Santex people. I think this is a perfect place to work, as a matter of fact I've made lots of new friends. It gave me the opportunity to grow as professional and as a person, my co-workers are people with high experience who are always willing to share their knowledge. Everything is made with such passion. Definetely Santex is the place to work.
